TRY ME OUT
Try Me Out Class is a one time ‘sample class’ for people that are curious about trying out pole or interested in beginning their pole journey. We get acquainted with the pole by practicing walks, basic spins, beginner transitions and sexy floorwork. Class will begin with a 15 min warm up and end with the last 5 min with a freestyle.
Prerequisites: This class is open to all levels with no experience in pole needed to register.
Class Duration: 35 minutes
Single Class Fee: $35
Attire: Please wear a t-shirt, sports bra and short shorts. Once you are in my space you will be asked to remove your shoes & socks

POLE FIT
Time to actually enjoy your workout and have fun while doing it? I got you covered! In this class we will focus on building strength, posture and muscle memory. You will get a full body workout and sweat! We will use the pole for conditioning exercises and drills on basic tricks to make sure you master them in order to move up levels. Class will begin with a 25 min warm up and end with the last 5 min with a freestyle.
Prerequisites: This class is open to all levels with no experience in pole needed to register.

FLEXY SEXY
Stretching is key to progressing in your pole journey! Stretch class is the perfect way to understand injury prevention techniques to make pole easier. During this class we will be stretching our hamstrings, back, quads and opening up our hips so you can begin practicing your splits. We will use the pole as a tool to help us stretch and I will teach you some stretch exercises to practice on the pole. Class will begin with a 15 min warm up that will lead into our stretch sesh.

STRIPPER STYLE 101
Looking at learning how to make the money moves at the club or fun party tricks? This class will be perfect for you! Learn actual sexy stage routines or flirty pole tricks from a retired stripper that will have you f***ing it up at the club! Together we will work on your stage presence, pole walk, learn liquid floor routines, incorporate some sexy flexy poses and how to get in touch with the most confident and sensual version of yourself! Class will begin with a 25 min warm up with the last 10 min free styling or practicing what you learned in class.
Prerequisites: In order to register, students must have completed one Try Me Out class. This class is open to all levels.

BEGINNER 1
Beginner 1 is a trick based class open to all levels specializing with beginner polers. In this class I will be hammering down firemen climbs, side climbs, breakdown more basic poses, start working on inversions and shoulder mounting all on a static pole. You will start building strength, flexibility and muscle memory in this class. Class will begin with a 25 min warm up and end with the last 5 min with a freestyle.

BEGINNER 2
Beginner 2 is a class concentrated on piecing together movements and tricks you learned in Beginner 1. Depending on the combo, the pole will either be on spin or static. Beginner 2 will help you start being more fluid in your dancing and pole flow to get better at following combos or making your own combo! Spin pole techniques on how to control the speed will also be taught. Class will begin with a 25 min warm up and end with the last 5 min with a freestyle.
Prerequisites: You must have completed 2 Beginner 1 classes in order to register for Beginner 2.

INTERMEDIATE 1
Ready to take your pole journey to the next level? In Intermediate 1 class, we will begin to combine techniques you learned in Beginner 1 & 2. This class will challenge you with harder tricks while helping you build stamina and endurance. Intermediate 1 is a trick based class that will be led on a static pole. Intermediate 1 will focus on leg hangs, aerial inversions/shouldermount and important transition moves that will help you prepare for Intermediate 2.
Prerequisites: If you have started your pole journey with me you must have taken at least 8 Beginner 2 classes. Students must be comfortable with climbs (firemen and side climbs) and floor inversions.

INTERMEDIATE 2
This class is combination based, focusing on more complex transitions and taking your pole flow to the next level. If you’re looking for a challenge in piecing together your movement by incorporating harder moves, mentally challenging transitions and learning dynamic tricks then this will be the class for you! Class will begin with a 25 min warm up and end with the last 5 min with a freestyle.
Prerequisites: Students who have begun their pole journeys through me must have taken at least 5 Intermediate 1 classes to register. Students must be comfortable with climbs on both static or spin, aerial inversions, inverted crucifix and leg hangs.
Class Duration: 60 minutes
